Tuesday, May 16, 2023 - A voluptuous generous sparkler, ripe and tart fruit, well kneaded yeast, softer floral mouthfeel, all in equilibrium, rotating sensory impressions as the earth turns and all's right with the world. One of my top two sparklers on my quest for sparkling - Champagne epiphany. May not appeal to connoisseurs of Brut acid tongueing tarts; I prefer kisses from gentler lips.
