Thursday, May 11, 2023 - Bella, Vice Versa and Impensata Napa tasting: Grand cru Merlot from Napa...that is how I look at Impensata's merlot offering. High acid, structured and thought provoking. This will have a long life ahead of itself. Between the 18 and 19, I prefer the 18 at this point. My next steps are to see this wine as a PnP as I think the wine could have been decanted a bit too long for my palate.
