Tuesday, May 16, 2023 - Pop and pour. Pale straw color. Nose - very shy at first, citrus, white flowers, and saltwater breeze. Palate - med+ acidity, med body, more citrus and grapefruit on the finish.

Day 2 this really opened up. The citrus became much brighter, all the reserved notes from day before became vibrant. If you’re going to open this up today give it some time and you’ll be glad you did.
