Thursday, May 18, 2023 - Just so seriously grand for a Sancerre. Golden robe developing. Nose mineral, apricot, chives, tropical hints. Palate manages to combine cutting acid, mineral depth, and immense fruit. Very long finish. Wow. Some of the greatest complexity I’ve encountered in a Sauvignon based wine. Or, indeed, any wine.
