Excellent. No real notes taken, but I thought this was really shining on the second night, half a bottle's worth having been capped, no suction or gas. So consider a healthy decant here. I have one other bottle and think about 2027 or so to drink that.
Very classy with depth and texture that builds and builds with air, this remained subtle, but gained power over time.

Just so seriously grand for a Sancerre. Golden robe developing. Nose mineral, apricot, chives, tropical hints. Palate manages to combine cutting acid, mineral depth, and immense fruit. Very long finish. Wow. Some of the greatest complexity I’ve encountered in a Sauvignon based wine. Or, indeed, any wine.

Lean but not green, this is full of acidic verve and minerals with subtle guava, pineapple, and grapefruit in the bouquet. Not as magical as many other Boulay's or other Le Cote vintages, but these are always special wines. Plenty of life ahead. 5+10+17+9= 91

Chalky and savoury style, with apricot and a hint of citrus. Mineral. Textural. Fine line of acid. Drink or hold.
