Saturday, May 20, 2023 - Aromas of creme de cassis, dark cherry, blueberry, dusty gravel road, thyme, sage, spring flowers, a touch of leather... Full-bodied, plush and deep texture, pretty soft tannins for Cab, sweet dark-fruited inner perfume, a little jammy but overall fresh and composed. Long finish is primary, all about the ripe dark fruit, this will gain interest with time in the bottle.
