Wednesday, May 17, 2023 - Chef's Night (Craig & Nita's Place): Medium gold color. Drank a glass over 45 minutes. Mature, deep, baked apricot, honey, oxidative, lemon confit, orange peel, spiced, white pepper. This was mature and showing more oxidation than I care for, but fans of old Champagne may really go for this. Unfortunately, I've never had the pleasure of a '90 Dom that has rocked me But I keep hoping. No official score, gut feeling 88-89pts.
