Wednesday, May 24, 2023 - A blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Chardonnay and Parellada. 58 months on the lees before disgorgement in March 2022. Medium yellow-gold. Floral nose, apple, fennel, almond, nuts, toast, light brioche, and a hint of smoke, with medium-level acidity, creamy mousse, and very good length. Well-proportioned. A very good Cava!
