  Wine with a delicate straw-yellow color, fine and persistent bubbles that form various chains, a very inviting and enduring foam initially conceals the brilliance of the wine. On the nose, it is complex, with hints of candied fruit, exotic fruit, a hint of cedar, and more notes of baking and toasting that accompany and frame a highly pleasant and expressive olfactory experience. In the mouth, there is a significant acidity that enhances drinkability. It is ready to be enjoyed but still far from maturity despite already being 7 years since the harvest; however, the disgorgement was only at the beginning of 2022. Eager to taste more!
  
  Vino dal colore paglierino tenue, bollicina fine e duratura che forma svariate catenelle, una spuma molto invitante e persistente nasconde nelle prime fasi la brillantezza del vino. Al naso è complesso, con sentori di frutta candita, frutto esotico, scorsa di cedro, note più di panificazione e tostatura accompagnano e incorniciano un olfatto di grande piacevolezza e espressività. In bocca una grande acidità che aiuta la beva, pronto ma ancora lontano dalla maturità nonostante i già 7 anni dalla vendemmia, la sboccatura qui è però solamente dell'inizio 2022. Curioso di assaggiarne altri!

  A blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Chardonnay and Parellada. 58 months on the lees before disgorgement in March 2022. Medium yellow-gold. Floral nose, apple, fennel, almond, nuts, toast, light brioche, and a hint of smoke, with medium-level acidity, creamy mousse, and very good length. Well-proportioned. A very good Cava!

  Cenas a oscuras en Ferreruela Lleida. Probado a una copa. Como siempre, muy bueno en su rango. Nunca falla.

  47,5% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeo, 15% Parellada, 7,5% Chardonnay. 53 meses de crianza en rima. Consta a fecha del degüelle: 10/2021. Pajizo con algún destello dorado. Nariz intensa, con notas de manzana asada, toques de cereal tostado, mantequilla fresca, algo de pastelería, matices cítricos y algún apunte floral. En boca entra bien, con burbuja fina y bien integrada, buena acidez, sensación de madurez, largo y bien definido.
