Wednesday, May 17, 2023 - Lay & Wheeler Summer tasting: Lovely balance of acidity, sweetness and depth. Although this has nearly 20 years it's still a baby. Lemon, honey, hay, slightly chalky texture and grip on the palate. Great stuff.
