Sunday, June 4, 2023 - Light ruby. Cola on nose with weird hint of lime. Savory and cola on palate. Not overly oaked or sweet. Not a big cab at all. Medium finish. Enjoyable wine with seared eye of round on cheddar/hatch chile bagel and a side of street corn.
