Light ruby. Cola on nose with weird hint of lime. Savory and cola on palate. Not overly oaked or sweet. Not a big cab at all. Medium finish. Enjoyable wine with seared eye of round on cheddar/hatch chile bagel and a side of street corn.

Nice bottle. Quite young. Better on night two when the oak notes were more in balance with the fruit. Dark fruited, bit of flint. Hint of smoke on the nose. Palate on the plush side for young bdx implying higher merlot content. Nice for price.

From a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot, the wine is already open, forward and easily delivers its medium bodied, soft, plum and cherry notes. This is a wine of pleasure to drink early in life.

70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot created a forward styled wine with round textures, fresh, black cherries, plums and pop of dark cherry and cocoa in the finish. 89-91 Pts
