Wednesday, June 7, 2023 - Nick A's 2008 Burgundy Horizontal (Table B) (Noizé, London): Cracking mature white Puligny. Not a hint of undue oxidation. Nose has a beguiling limey freshness with a complementary sagey / chicken skin character. Oh what balance and mouthfeel. Palate has a pineapple core nod to tropicality and sweetness but it's all in balance. With some air, a hazelnut character emerges.
