Saturday, June 10, 2023 - Light golden. Medium intense nose of pear, lychee, mango, some herbs and lemon.

Palate similar. Almost a little creamy with thick consistency. Quite intense.

Blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Nice blend, though better at earlier tasting. Some of the original freshness and crisp expression was not so present at this tasting.

Medium body, medium acidity.
