Sunday, June 11, 2023 - Half bottle, served with charcuterie, which I thought would be a good paring but didn't really do the either wine or many of the cured meats and soft cheeses justice. I think it would have gone better with a desert tray as there was plenty of acidic tension to cut through the sweetness. Still youthful to early maturity, better than the 2010 Guiraud I had a few months ago. Looking forward to future bottles to see how it evolves.
