Thursday, June 15, 2023 - From coravin in Grand Marche du Vin in Tokyo. Good balance between fruit and minerality, which is the benefits of Chablis in warm vintage. Lemon curd, seashell, and citrus on the nose and palate. Good mid-palate attack. Love Chablis in ripe vintage. 92+
