Sunday, June 18, 2023 - Quite a surprise how very good this wine is as I’ve never had it before. 90 minute decant. Dark purple color. Surprisingly smooth with no rough edges at all. No over the top sweetness. It is quite dry. Lots of flavor layers but the wine is subtle & not overbearing. Still lots of flavor packed in a velvet glove. Can’t wait until my next bottle. Can go many more years but why wait?
