Friday, June 23, 2023 - A private dinner (Restaurant Visqué, Amsterdam, NL): Half bottle. A seamless and silky Champagne, open and expressive, complete and elegant, lovely complexity, the dosage is comfortable but well-integrated. A delightful aperitif.
