Sunday, July 2, 2023 - The 2014 Simone Palette Rouge is exiting its primary fruit stage with resinous and garrigue character emerging with pretty spicebox aromatics and dried flowers developing on the nose. Fabulous with chicken fricassée, roasted mushrooms, roasted red pepper salad, and farro. No hurry on the Simone but certainly worth a look if you have a couple.
