Tuesday, July 11, 2023 - Very good, bottled with diam; started out a bit exotic with some tropical hints of pineapple and mango; opens up some with air and becomes a bit more fresh and tensile; riper and a bit of roundness, maybe lacking a touch of minerality, but becomes more elegant with air; very good with upside from here.
