Friday, July 14, 2023 - Very nice Chablis. Not overly tart or citrus dominated. Nice medium mouth feel and weight. The best Chablis of the 5 new ones we’ve been trying. Nice structure. Nothing out of place. Very smooth and enjoyable. Might become our house Chablis.
