Friday, July 14, 2023 - Yellow-green in color
Steely nose. Lemon notes, oyster shell. You can almost smell the acidity.
Bracing acidity. Super aggressive and tensile. It needs more time to settle down. Drink with food right now. Medium finish. Some green leaves. Under ripe stone fruit. Wine diamonds present. This wine is just not for me at the moment.
