Monday, July 17, 2023 - Last bottle. Medium bodied but not a heavy mouthfeel. Still a bit of freshness on the overall feel. Dusty and bitter tannins (not sweet ripe). Darker berries, black cherries (semi sweet on the fruit with some bitterness on the finish), black pepper, and a mineral and herbal element on the finish. Drinking very nicely.
