Saturday, July 15, 2023 - A Trottertastic Saturday (Les 2 Garçons): Magnum. Wow - liquid mango! There was passionfruit and honey to be found too when enjoying this linear and surprisingly delicate wine, which also had mouthwatering acidity and lingered beautifully on the finish. Reminded me of a fleeter-footed version of Savage's Not Tonight Josephine - a big compliment - and wonderful with our tarte tatin.
