Saturday, July 22, 2023 - My first time tasting a Gianni Brunelli Brunello. I decanted and strained my wine, and then I let it sit for three hours. There was a bit of sediment, but I got it all out. There is a fine layer of tannin, and a whole lot fruit underneath it. I think that this wine needs five years before it can be truly appreciated. Is it worth $70 a bottle? Oh yeah!
