Saturday, August 12, 2023 - Dark Garnet throwing just a bit of sediment at the end of the bottle. Delicate bouquet of dark fruits - a bit linear but also some mild tobacco and cedar. Silky smooth tannins that linger for a minute. Popped and poured at dinner - might have benefited from a decant as it really got better in the glass. Showing well right now and very Bordeaux with finesse and elegance.
