Friday, August 11, 2023 - Penultimate bottle from a 6 pack, last had a bottle 1.5 yrs ago.
Savory meats, lovely black and red fruits, faint wood fire smoke, black pepper, mint.
Gorgeously resolving tannins, this is a regal fine wine, not a feminine interpretation, but a very nice, almost refreshing finish.
Drink through 2025 or so, open for business.
