Sunday, August 27, 2023 - Beef dripping and Marmite, cooked blackberries, burnt wood and a little alcohol heat on the aromas; the palate carries the same beefy notes, with cherry and cranberry added to the blackberries, fresher than the aromas and with less intrusive alcohol. This is in a fabulous place, a very fine bottle at its peak
