いつものイタリアンレストランで呑んで好きになったワイン。
キャンティクラシコであって、キャンティクラシコであらず。
偶々バックヴィンテージが入手できたのでまだ大丈夫かと思って飲んだのだが、まだ全然大丈夫。
サンジョヴェーゼ独特の酸も穏やかになっており、バランスも良い状態だった。
起きる前に飲み切ってしまったような気もするので、次はもう少しゆっくり飲みたい。
A wine I fell in love with after drinking it at my usual Italian restaurant.
It is a Chianti Classico, but not a Chianti Classico.
I drank it to see if it was still good because I happened to have a back vintage available, but it was not bad at all.
The acidity characteristic of Sangiovese had become mild, and the balance was good.
I think I finished it before I woke up, so I would like to drink it a little slower next time.
