Monday, August 28, 2023 - Certainly up there with the best Rosés I've had this year. It sports a ripe and revealing bouquet of peach, strawberry, fresh flowers, citrus, mint and hints of tropical fruit. The palate is equally sumptuous, redolent with sweet summer fruit and crisp grapefruit notes along with a serious texture and structure through the long finish that just lingers. Of course there is also a creeping minerality that I suspect will emerge further with time in bottle. Clearly needs a year or so to show its true self but already delicious and quite open. A famous property that lives up to its billing (and price just about).
