Monday, August 28, 2023 - Decanted 2 Hours. Upon decanting showed a beautiful fragrant full plum aroma w/rich burgundy color. Initial pour presented with full burgundy style nose. Flavor or full cherries, red licorice & soft lead pencil w/excellent legs. Flavor moved to big ripe plus w/outstanding finish.
Very nice w/ Appetizer: Caprese / Entrée: Passata w/Ricotta & Italian sausage. Most enjoyable wine!
