Saturday, September 2, 2023 - With Zak and Megan in the Catskills. Everything I could want an classic Mosel Riesling to taste like with gentle citrus and apple fruit tinged with herbal, floral, and mineral accents, and some savoury development. It's remarkably light on its feet with restrained sweetness and bright acids - it feels lighter and more dry than most modern Kabinett (let alone Spätlese), but the balance and depth here are perfect.
