Saturday, September 2, 2023 - Yellow color with green hue. Complex nose of green apple and unripe lemon. Crisp and precise on the palate, with searing acidity and mineral character, displaying the typical Chablis oyster shell character. Extremely long finish. This is a top wine in a top vintage, which can be only eclipsed by their version of Les Clos. Stunning wine.
