- Lemon, Green Apple, Pear, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Honey, Butter, Brioche, Toast

Citrusy with strong autolytic notes, bread, toast, brioche, biscuits, you name it, after 15 years in the bottle it's still lively, noticeable dosage which balanced off the sharp acidity, you couldn't ask for more from a $US50 vintage champagne IMO, superb value. Drink now.
