Sunday, September 3, 2023 - Opened up nicely over 30 to 60 minutes. Paired with smoked beef ribs, it worked. Tannat blend, is a bold wine with sour cherries and a bit of leather. I came to like it more and more with each glass, drank over four or five hours (while smoking the beef ribs).
