Monday, September 4, 2023 - Consistent with previous notes but some additional time in bottle has helped the wine settle down a bit. Really fantastic nose with some white pepper, florals and under ripe stone fruit. Zippy acidity. Will save my last bottle for a bit to see how it develops.
