Thursday, September 7, 2023 - Showing very nicely now. Super Tuscan blend of 60% Sangiovese to 40% Cab Sauv, sourced from the elevated volcanic soils of Atlas peak. Nose shows dried black cherry, figs, rose petal, red licorice, orange rind and warm, spice box. Palate is a rich orchestration of subtle acidity upfront, bolstered by a medium tannin.
