Friday, September 22, 2023 - Wow…. Superbly complex and layered, with notes of grapefruit, citrus, some orange zest, there is also some flowery note, tons of minerality, a slightly musky mineral note of seashell, there is also some honey, ginger, some quince. It‘s pretty full-bodied, with high acidity and some creaminess, there is also a touch of tannin adding structure and grip. Long finish. I can‘t wait to see how this will develop. A great Riesling from this fantastic producer.
