Sunday, September 24, 2023 - Slow oxed for 2 hours. Decanted for 1.5 hours. Aromas of leather, cherry, blackberry, earth and tobacco. Flavors of dried cherry, blackberry, earth, iron and mineral. Ends with a long finish of 30+ second finish with dried cherry and iron notes. Drinking very young still.
