Wednesday, September 20, 2023 - 45 minute decant. Nose of red fruit, cotton candy, vanilla bean, lavender, and oak. Palate delivers layers of black cherry, black plum, watermelon, black peppercorn, dried rosemary and dusty earth with plenty of acidity. Thick, wide tannins with an iron note, dark fleshy fruit, and milk chocolate. Wine color darkened as it sat in the glass.
