Wednesday, November 22, 2017 - Light straw yellow colour. Wood and minerals on the nose with notes of citrus and flowers. Taste of ripe apples, citrus and brioche. Elegant and complex with a dry finish (as you would expect from a Champagne). Goes well with shellfish or as an aperitif.
