Friday, September 29, 2023 - Intense aroma, concentrated, black cherry, pepper, cassis, fig, and violet. Absolutely gorgeous palate, round and tongue-coating, a bit of oak influence, and homey roasted red pepper – a real banger for red meats. I think this will improve even more.
