Saturday, September 30, 2023 - Tannins are softening a bit. Very nicely presented black currant profile with flint notes and fine tannins. Still has a rather astringent tannic element on the lengthy finish. Starting to soften—I like where this is going but the structure is still huge.
Is there mountain fruit in this?
