Sunday, October 8, 2023 - Decanted 3 hours. Very interesting blend of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. Smells like old world style Bordeaux, fruit forward taste, but not the Cab makes it more elegant than your average Malbec. Would suggest pairing with a pork dish, perhaps mushrooms.
