90 Points

Wednesday, October 11, 2023 - Very mineral driven with lots botrytis, hay and dried fruit, unfortunately a bit disjoint. Not the most complex sauterne, probably in part due to the fading fruit. Sweet, but not cloying.

Deep gold colour.

Pronounced aromas of hay, botrytis, honey, beeswax, wet slate, mandarin orange, dried peach, grapefruit, dried lotus leaf, kumquat.

Pronounced palate.

Medium body, medium (+) acidity, long finish.
