Wednesday, October 11, 2023 - Color: Pale golden wheat
Nose: ripe tropical lychee
Palate: acidity but wow hit of fruit core right up front, lychee soda. Totally coats the mouth.
Some minerality in the background but sweetness up front. Delicate petrol. After some time, acidity really pops and some sweetness/fruitiness blows off. Sweet, tart lychee lemonade and sour lemon/grapefruit candy. Long finish.

Going to stash my other bottle for a while -- this is very sweet and very tart, almost too much so on both dimensions for my palate.
