Thursday, October 19, 2023 - Academie de Vin dinner in Bordeaux. Intense aromatics, very fresh, the last time I had a great Sauternes from 2015 it was Yquem and it was stellar. This here is cut from a similar cloth, fresh, airy despite the ripeness. Beautiful apricot and quince notes.
