Thursday, November 2, 2023 - Tight at first but opened really nicely after 15-20 minutes in glass. Dried flower petal with some meatiness on the nose. Raspberry, blackberry and blueberry with some earthy drive and a little bit of pepper and spice. Alcohol started to poke out as it warmed up towards the end so try to keep it at cellar temp. Meidum+ tannin, enough to stand up to a fatty cheese burger with caramelized onions and to interest me in buying more and seeing where it goes over the next 10+ years.
