Tuesday, November 7, 2023 - I'm not sure if this was an older bottle, it was bought as a bin-end, but this tasted wonderfully mature - it was all cooked apple, yeast and all nutty on the finish. Everything was so harmonious and rich. An absolute treat. I see the Wine Society have it for around £35 a bottle which sound like a bargain. Seriously this is one of the best NV champagnes I've had in ages.
