I wanted an acidic semi fruit forward riesling an i got the acidity but felt the fruit had dissipated . With further inquiring I found it this is a very dry style of Riesling hence the lack of the fruit flavor I was looking for. Anyway the third day was when I took a liking to this wine. If you’re looking for a very dry Riesling look no further. Especially for the 2021 vintage
